Control Logistics Service Provider (3PLs) for operation:
• Quality of service
• Manage KPI of sub-contractors
• Maintain good relationship with 3PLs
• Monthly/ad-hoc meeting with 3PLs for operation matter, improve service
Warehouse and transportation:
• Warehousing (handling physical/system stock, stock-check, verification, consolidation…)
• Transportation between warehouse and its cost
• Damaged / Aging stock / Write off
• Negotiate price with Vendors for ad-hoc requests
Manage return:
• Return procedure from the market
• Follow status of return/invoice/input system
Import: Follow up status of import shipment supported by other team member
Team Development: Logistic Manager in coaching and right staffing to meet the expected KPIs, take lead in any assigned project
Others:
• Manage SAP including: interface, master data and errors in system for team members
• Manage service level to reach company stretch target (98%)
• Ensure an efficient co-ordination and co-operation between Logistics functions with other internal departments as well as regional Supply chain.. for smooth operation: improve service level/ return process, order management and finalize solution for issues
• Reporting and other tasks/project assigned by Logistics manager
Achievement:
• Increase the service level from 95% mid-year 2019 to 97% Year to date
• Reduce GAP stock between BDF system and 3PLs system to 100% in monthly closing
• Reduce aging/damage stock
• Mass-return project end of Dec 2019

Operation:
• Responsible for controlling the correct functioning of import/export and logistics activities for smooth operation. The scope of service is inclusive of Import, Export, warehousing service, insurance claims
• Manage Sales Orders Processing including receiving P/O, delivery and tackle issues if any
• Handle customer's complaints and requests related to delivery service
• Monitor 3PLs performance to serve for business demand with customer orientation focus. Ensure all activities relating to Logistics and supply chain run smoothly
• Inventory management with assistance of SAP
• Logistics cost control & analyze. Make sure that the billing from supplier correctly and timely.
• Monitor & handling matter from relating parties relating to customs and international trading matters.
Other:
• Yearly review contract with Vendors: price change, extend or liquidation Agreement...
• Meeting with 3PLs to improve quality of service/tackle issues
• In charge of periodic/ad-hoc report and be responsible for analysis produced by team members.
• Business trip to Thanh Hoa, Quang Ngai with Line manager to set up operation procedure for new project of Chemical team
Achievement:
• Rapid promotion to Team Leader with 2 subordinates within 2 years
• Set up the standard operation procedure and master data system on SAP for principal business – main business of the department.

Ocean & Air Freight Management:
• Control bookings/ documents/ invoice issuing from vendors and CarriersKeep close connection with vendors, understand their practice and well cooperating as well as tackling issues.
• Ensure smooth process for whole operational activities.
• On-plan and pre-advice for destination market to ship cargo.
• Monthly review KPI performance of vendors & ocean Carriers.
Customer service:
• Manage KPI performance for clients to make sure all customers are provided with consistent, high quality customer services
• Work with the KAMs/ Commercial team to establish and strengthen customer relationships.
Reporting: Execute weekly/monthly/ad-hoc reports assigned by Assistant Manager/Manager
Achievement: Deep knowledge in Logistics/Import/Export procedure
