• Providing the administrative assistance to the Legal Department in order to deliver exceptional services.
• Supporting to manage documents and records management in Legal Department, maintain proper filling of all documents both in hard copies and scanned copies.
• Drafting and reviewing basic legal documents such as contracts, memorandums, letters to vendors and government.
• Performing legal research for applicable regulations specialized pharmaceutical, intellectual property, personal data protection legislation.
• Translating the relevant documents into English/Vietnamese including contracts, official letters and legal documents.
• Keeping track of changes in legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes.
