Main responsibilities: Handing the LCL shipments imported from
Shanghai, Shenzhen to Hai Phong.
Receiving and checking Pre-alert of the shipments sent by agents
in China and also contacting them to announce debit notes as well
as the shipment problems (if any).
Using Fast system to input documents, local charges.
Declaring and loading E-Manifest.
Contacting customers by email or phone to submit A/N and also
solve problems related to their shipments.
Other tasks: making profit - loss report, checking and contact the
customers about the shipments they did not pick up in the
warehouses.
Achievements:
Being able to work under high pressure. (Handling 3 - 4 shipments/
week and multitasking such as taking care of customers, agents,
also solving cargoes problems at the same time).
Having ability to learn fastly. (As a fresher working in logistics
company after one month, I take responsibility for my own job)
