- Cooperating with other related departments to prepare Powers of Attorney relating to activities of the Company and its subsidiaries (business, operation, finance, labour, etc);
- Preparing and reviewing minutes of meetings, resolutions, decisions of the board; agreements and other legal documents relating to activities of the Company and its subsidiaries;
- Researching laws and legal updates relating to enterprise, contract, securities, investment, commercial, land, tax, etc;
- Providing legal consulting to other related departments;
- Writing procedures relating to the Department’s activities;
- Storing, managing legal records and updating database of the Company and its subsidiaries;
- Monitoring task performance of the Department and making reports to the Head of Department;
- Other tasks assigned by Leader and the Head of Department.
