• Translating, reviewing, drafting contracts (lease contracts, sales contracts, cooperation contracts, e-commerce contracts,…), legal texts and other documents assigned by Legal Manager related to the operations of the company.
• Liaising with other departments to give legal advice to arising legal issues and doing administrative work in legal team.
• Implementing legal research in the field of Labor, E-commerce, Trademark, Advertisement to company projects and reporting to Legal Manager.
• Undertaking licensing procedures including dissolution and establishment of branches, representative offices of the company.
• Working with notary offices to make certified copies of company’s documents.

• Translating time charterparties, judgments, survey reports, arbitral awards, letters and notices from courts and authorities, and other academic shipping documents.
• Being responsible for daily office administration duties and admin tasks.
• Assisting lawyers and partners of the firm in monitoring and supervising subordinates.
• Arranging lawyers’ schedules, booking hotels, airline tickets for business trips, applying for visa for lawyers going abroad.
• Working with competent authorities for legalization of foreign documents.
• Recruiting, managing human resources, writing PR posts to promote the company information and events on Facebook, LinkedIn, and website.
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the lawyers and managers.
