• Checking PPO loading every month, work with Sale team to determine Customer’s requirements.
• Making Plan for Production: Weekly, Monthly and review output every month to submit the ideal to improve output with Manager.
• Submit daily, weekly, monthly closing reports as requested by the Management, PPC head and update production status to evaluate factory performance
• Guiding staffs make Daily plan based on Weekly and Monthly Plan.
• Arrange production based on factory's capacity & order delivery.
• Predict the time to finish the product, control lead time of Production how to reach delivery date of each PPO.
• Check forecast of next month loading from Sale whether it’s acceptable or not and then submit solution for each case to Manager (it mean: if forecast under loading, how we will do? If over loading, how we will do? …)
• Coordinate with Account Holder & Sub-mat team to collect all orders information: fabric status, approval status & sub-mat delivery date to update production/shipping schedule.
• Make Plan for Material arriving schedule: fabric/Greige, Yard, chemical, Dye stuff…
• Monitoring production progress.
• Make production daily record to follow up production status.
• Follow up and monitoring Finishing status to update shipping schedule
• Solve arising problem which impacts to production plan.
• Development planning Skills to Staffs.
• Prepare report on production specified above.
• Written WI/ SOP for department. And prepare document for some certificate: ISO, GOTs, GRS…
• Proposing method to improve factory performance likes: improve 5S, Lean as Toyota concept, Kaizen …
• System work experience: ERP, IFS…
• Training and guiding people about: Hard skill, soft skill, presentation skill, team work and support together.

• Received purchase order from Customer.
• Check production status and closely following delivery progress.
• Direct Development new project with Customer.
• Development all fabric lap-dip with China and Korea supplier. Finding new supplier when necessary.
• Check with supplier about Price, lead time, MOQ, ETD, ETA… of each item to make sure no affect to production schedule.
• Solve arising problem which impact to quality and delivery.
• Check FOB price and inform to customer.

• Checking order recap every week to know coming styles.
• Contact with Korea Sales Team about documents and samples for develop, and then following for BULK.
• Solve all the problem that effected to garment delivery
• Order poly bag and carton box for every styles.
• Contacting with suppliers when needed.
• Follow up production schedule to ensure on time delivery
• Corporate with Korea Sale Team to ensure all materials and packaging materials are enough for production plan
• Corporate with Warehouse division to ensure receive all material on time.
• Corporate with Production department to avoid any Gap in the orders conditions (quantity, quality, delivery time) to shipment on time
• Some time, I can check with FWD about informing estimate closing time for Production arrange Planning or extend closing time if can’t hit delivery.
• Work Experience with Buyer: MANGO, A&F, HOL, F21, GAP, OLD NAVY, VSDP, PINK, VSX, JUSTICE, MAURISES… Extra experience in HANSOLL vina: Training QA at QA department
• Independently inspection the garment and assure the manager about quality
• Follow the Buyer specification and other details
• Verification of correct styling and finishing of garment at early stage of production.
• Maintaining regular inspection and quality records of all faults finding on the inspection sheet.
• Pilot run, Inline, Re-final & Final inspection as per A.Q.L standard

• Corporate with Taipei Purchasing Department to ensure all materials are enough for production
• Coordinates with other related departments
• Corporate with Warehouse division to ensure receive all material on time. Control raw material (quantity) and manage the feeding process to production line. Controls inventory as well.
