_Manage the Import & Export Team.
_Coordinating with other departments to complete shipping documents as client's request and for custom
clearance
_Finding air/sea/courier cost and processing booking with forwarder/carrier.
_Following and solving problems occur during shipment.
_Taking care of any require from client regarding logistic.
_Following and cont rol payment of clients.
_Managing Import/Export goods to/from VN (air/sea/courier)
_Performing some other related work as required.
_Checking and examinating shipping documents (Incoterm, Import Tax, HS Code...) before _Import/Export cargo
and prepare special license (Import license, C/O,...) if any.
_Organize internal t raining about new project, new FTA and etc...
_Build and maintain good relations with the customs and regist ration departments
_Maintain up to date knowledge of any legal changes that affect the import-export procedure.
_Monthly report to Manager of Shipping Department monthly data, problems, etc…
