1. Portfolio Management
- Assist in the build-up and develop portfolio structures (asset allocation, stock selection, rebalance the weight of the portfolio to suitable for each period)
- Update of current and target portfolio
- Execute the investment plan, the trading plan, equity transactions (IPO auction, listed, Private Placement,…)
- Recommend to Director of Open-ended Fund on investment, divestment target price, timing via fundamental analysis, technical analysis
- Others: Assist in the process of building and management products for the mandated asset
2. Research and Analysis
- Conduct and follow up macroeconomic analysis research
- Conduct market research, industry, sector search for potential investment
- Analysis of specific companies (FS, EBITDA; M-Score, Z-Score; activity, liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios - CCC; earning sources, earning quality; capital structure, capital allocation - CAPEX, asset proportion, …)
- Build financial modeling to evaluate the value of companies that are in the utilities, manufacturing, and real estate sector
3. Report and Administration
- Periodically report: Risk management reports, Fund management company reports, Information disclosure reports,…
- Assist the Portfolio Manager in the documentation of all trading investment proposals, reporting on the investment performances to BOD and investors
- Execute all of the procedures related to the opening account, subscription fund certificate, redemption fund certificate, termination for investors of Open-ended Fund and handle paperwork that relevant to administrative work
- Update, follow up corporate law, securities, and related specialized laws
