Position: HR manager.
Responsibilities:
Manage all activities of the HR department .
Recruitment:
Build up the recruitment process. Establish the yearly recruitment plan.
Meeting all recruitment request of departments, maintain stable manpower in the company
Coordination with the managers to establish manpower for each stage and position ensure that identify manpower clearly for all department and the company to reduce waste of human
resource cost.
Coordinate with the other managers to set up, update JD for all positions.
Perform recruit all positions from the lowest position to highest position.
Create the potential candidate sources. willing to hire candidates necessary every time.
Maintain good relationships with recruitment channels and universities.
Quality recruitment evaluation through measures percent of employees who resigned.
Deploy the resigned interviews to find out the root causes and propose solutions to improve and maintain stable manpower.
Training:
Coordinate with other manages to build up the yearly training plan including compulsory training courses such as (industrial safety, Food Safety, Fire safety) and special training courses
for staff to improve skills.
Build up and update training process, orientation training programs, internal regulations training, internal SA8000 training, security training in line with CTPAT standard.
Perform train orientation for newcomers yearly, effective training evaluation after training time for each employee.
Compensation and benefits:
Establish the salary and bonus policies for employees, advice for management compensation and bonus policies, activities to promote and motivate employees. From that increase up and
maintain the good relationship between employees and employer.
Deploy setup and improvement compensation and bonus policies: Key responsibility for buildup, improve salary and bonus policies to meet actual activities and effective.
Implementing Employee Recognition Programs: Responsible for the implementation of employee recognition programs, planning and implementing the company's periodic programs.
In charge of reviewing, checking all reports related toC&B of subordinates such as timekeeping, payroll, social insurance report, PIT report.
Control and push all C&B activities of the company: Control implementation of compensation and bonus policies, salary payment, expenses, and other benefits that are approved, keep the records, documents.
Deploy and execute HR projects to ensure on-time and good results. Annual salary and bonus adjustment project. Job description project, HR budget project. Manage performance,
productivity evaluation ( build up KPI program…) performance employee evaluation of subordinates.
Build up contents for employee satisfying survey form. Deploy and practice annual employee satisfying survey to improve quality C&B services.
Perform annual labor situation declaration, practice all procedures related in line with government agencies requests upon cases by cases
Update labor law and announce and guideline them to employees.
Establish processes – welcome assessment teams
Buil up all processes, regulations, policies, internal regulations related to all-controlling of HR activities in the company.
I am one of the main responsible people for running the SA8000 system, welcome assessment teams about audit to implementation practice, and maintain the SA8000 standard at the company.
participate in build-up BRC process for the items related to HR, attending internal BRC audit as well as external BRC audit of certification organizations
Administration:
In charge of controlling all activities of the Kitchen team, sanitation, and laundry team, Driver team, security team, first aid team ensure manpower is at full capacity.
Managing the view of the company, the company campus is always in a clean and beautiful state to meet 5S requirements
Perform daily walks around the company to check and record any 5S errors. Maintain checking everyday about 5s status to ensure the company is always in line with the 5S standards.
Propose improvements on safer 5S practices.
Compile and report total 5S errors monthly.
Propose the 5S emulation program in the factory to motivate employees to keep good practicing
Holding annual events.
Advice and recommence to management for programs, full-fill inclusive activity and motivate employees who are working for us improve cohesion between colleagues as well as between
employees and employer.
Managing, review, the other administrations such as foreigner profile, PIT declaration, gas controlling, and other administrative costs.

1. Management:
Build up the schedule, assign tasks for subordinates
Supervise work performance, timeline, performance evaluation of subordinate
Recommend reward, discipline, transfer… for staff in the room.
Assess, coach and upgrade HR operational staff
2. Planning:
Build up and deploy recruitment plan for each phase suitably
Build up process, procedure, regulations for the company in line with present Viet Nam law
Buil up salary policies, benefit, reward policies, KPI for each position.
3. Compensation and benefit:
Establish/ check monthly payroll, compulsory insurance, industrial accident insurance, PIT,
Union fee upon month by month or whatever necessary.

4. Recruitment and training:
Build up yearly recruitment plan, manpower planning
Perform recruit all positions from the lowest position to highest position
Successful recruitment senior position including the senior foreigner position
Establish the recruitment and training process to identify recruitment demand, criterial, and importance qualities to assess candidates
Efficiency evaluation of recruitment channel, supervise and reduce recruitment cost
Update JD for each position
Create the potential candidate source.
Identify training requests including compulsory training course upon law request and special training course to promote and improve skill for employees.
Training Safety foods, safety industrial, safety fire
Buil up the orientation training program for newcomers, including contents such as policies, benefit, internal regulation, and guideline related procedures.
5. Process management:
Establish/review internal regulation, collective labor agreement
Build up processes, policies that related all activities human resource department, organize and
running it make sure they are effective and bring high result management.
Inform, guideline, checking, supervise their implementation
Evaluate, improve process, regulations from that propose solutions to change, help the operation
process be more scientific and efficient.
Operating SA8000 system, 5s standards
Participate in internal audit of BRC system
Welcoming external audit team: prepare all documents related activities HR for audit customers
or government agencies
6. Administration:
Control all activities administration, control cost.
