In Vietnam, Wall Street English have 6 centers in HCM city and the newest one is in Binh Duong province.

Main duties:

Achievement:
• Successfully to build the DSF team for the company in the 1st month officially on board (August 2020) which is over expectation of the CEO.
• Hit 102% no. of shows target in August 2020 – the first month I started my role with the company.
• In Sep 2020, successfully to lead DSF function achieved 106% shows target and 103% no. of signs target

• Successfully hit and exceed sales revenue target of center for most of the month in FY1920.
• Exceeded 6% sales target of center in Feb 2020 – the month which was impact by Covid 19.
• Be the best Branch Manager tolead the sales team achieved 148% sales volume target in April 2020 for Secondary Plus online course. ThenumberI achieved was incredible while education marketstill significantly affected by Covid 19.
• Exceeded the target was set for new sales conversion rate from placement test taken to registered in FY1920 (actual 71% vs. target 69%)
• Successfully to lead the operation of center as well as handling objection from students and customers during Covid 19 crisis.

2. In Financial year 2018 – 2019 (From April 2018 to March 2019)
• Exceeded 21% sales revenue target in FY1819.
• Exceeded 12% target was set for New sales conversion rate from placement test taken to registered in FY1819 (actual 68% vs. target 56%)
• Successfully to manage center re-location from dist.1 to dist. 10, HCM city in October 2018.
 Achieved the migration rate as 96% vs. target 70% was set: 1171 myClass students agreed to continue their course at the newcenter vs. total 1216 active students when the center still located in dist. 1.
 Achieved amazing number of refund cases management: only 5 refund cases vs. target which was 100 refund cases set by higher level.

Sales Manager
SPEAK UP ENGLISH VIETNAM
Speak UP is a brand has 17 years of establishment and development, presentin more than 11 countries, 60 centers with more than 110,000 students.


Main duties:
1. Responsible for completing individual sales target which contributed at least 10% to the center's total target.
2. Planning monthly sales target and managing all business activities of the center to achieve target.
3. Collecting, analyzing, and evaluating the market information and make suitable recommendations for the line Manager and the BOD.
4. Coordinating with Marketing and Academic team to implement activities to support customers.
5. Giving direction and assignment job for sales team.
6. Training and Coaching sales skills for staffs.
7. Making weekly, monthly sales plan and tracking the performance of each staff.
8. Planning budget for Marketing channel (Database, SMS, campaign…) to lead sales team hit center target monthly.
9. Running weekly meeting with Academic team to update and handling all the objections and complaining of student. Make sure that sales team’s scripts is truly with the academic standard.
10. Report directly to Center Manager.

Achievement:
• Successfully to lead the sales team toachieveand exceed at least 2% vs. sales revenue target was set for the center.
• Increased 25% sales revenuein 7 months (from Feb 2017 to August 2017) vs. same period in 2016.
• Successfully to train and coach for2 junior consultants to be promoted to senior consultants in 5/2017.

Main duties:
1. Managing, recruiting, training and coaching for sales team (included 6 salesman).
2. Preparing sales plan and monitor daily, weekly KPIs of the team.
3. Monitor the result of each show (face to face meeting) between salesman and customer through the sales report and weekly sales meeting. Support salesman with difficult cases when necessary. Giving the direction to fix, improve and re-train salesman to help them improve their selling skills.
4. Gather feedback from customers and handling the objection (if any).
5. Seeking and caring potential customers. Dealing directly with customers to build trust, introduce and sell products.
6. Gather information about customers and markets (competitors) to discuss with the BOD the strategyfor the company in order to increase sales value and market share.

Achievement:
• Be the only one team leaderto exceed 12%vs. sales revenue target for the biggest project in November 2016 - “WAI” – a course to provide student tips to invest in US stock market.
• Prepare training document and provided the whole sales team of the company training and coaching sessions on delivering standard consultation for customers.
