Training Programmes
 Receive training request and register staff for training. If the training is to take
place internally, support on logistical arrangements (e.g. book training venue,
follow up with participants’ registration, send out reminder etc.).
 Propose suitable schedule (i.e. date, time & venue) for any training request by
training owner and ensure to have proper follow up for the training (i.e. reminder,
logistical arrangements)
 Evalute participant performance (conduct needs analysis, monitor participant
progress during training)
 Evaluate metrics, evaluations form “Training evaluation form” to enhance learner
experience.
4. Orientation Programme
 Follow up on monthly Orientation programme by informing speakers on training
schedule and remind them before the training starts;
Inform Line Managers on their staff’s Orientation and make sure target staff
attend the training properly;
5. Internal events
 Provide support to T&D Team Leader in organising annual internal events (e.g.
Shinning Star arrangements, Doctor’s Day, Secretary’s Day, Nurses’ Day, Health
Check programme, Flea Market, Year End party etc.);

Recruitment:
 Involve in the whole recruitment process, from working on the job description to
on boarding
 Work with department managers to define the job description and make the JD
more attractive to the candidates
 Efficiently and effectively fill open positions: ensure required recruitment
timeline and quality of recruitment
 Source, shortlist & interview candidates; schedule and prepare interviews;
discuss and advise managers on the suitability of the candidates.
 Be responsible for the full utilization of the social media recruitment channels to

 Build network for recruitment to enhance recruitment effectiveness. Develop and
cultivate relationships with all levels of management, candidates and external
recruiting sources. Develop, plan and participate in internal/external recruiting

 Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidates.
 Coordinate and implement university recruiting initiatives; develop working
relationships within universities to aid in recruiting.
 Control candidate’s database and manage the recruitment website
