Doing legal research per requests of lawyers dedicated in advisory tasks;
Preparing, drafting and reviewing legal document and conducting various legal researches to provide analysis on legal regulations;
Drafting, preparing, and submiting statutory application files for obtaining the relevant certificate for the client in specific cases;
Assisting and translating legal documents, contracts or relevant documents from English to Vietnamese or vice versa;
Assiting and doing other tasks assigned by Associate;
Assisting and performing admistration tasks, including submissions or filling of corporate documents to the authorities;
Liaising with relevant authorities to deal with their requirements
Communicating & keeping contact with clients
