+Receive MBL &HBL from overseas agents.

+ Work with suppliers to complete the set of documents (invoice, packing list, contract, B/L, C/O, other required documents).
+Work with forwarder for import procedures/Check customs clearance.
+Notify the import schedule for the warehouse department/Update and store imported data.
• Purchase:
+Check the quantity of raw materials in stock and make a purchase plan.
+For available suppliers: check prices, make orders, submit to the manager for approval and send to suppliers.
+For new items: find suppliers, get quotes, submit to the manager to select the right supplier and good prices, place orders, prepare necessary documents to import goods (if any)./ Notify warehouse schedule delivery.
