Owner’s Assistant – acting General Manager

• Assist COO to review and amend Brand Standard, Financial budgets including OPEX and CAPEX, HR Manning, Periodical Plans and Action Plans, etc.
• Ensure effective communications within the hotels & resorts chain, accurate information and spirit are delivered to department heads and employees. Follow up with related hotel managers and departments to ensure all the tasks are efficiently completed within Deadlines
