- Following, researching, consulting, drafting documents, reviewing contracts, and performing other related legal work, in various different legal fields such as investment, M&A transaction, enterprises, labor, representative offices of foreign traders, franchising, taxes, intermediary payment service (IPS), intellectual property;
- Consulting legal advice and drafting petition, relevant documents on disputes related to construction, business, civil matters; following procedural, representing customers in contacting the competent court and other local authorities to settle the disputes;
- Working directly with clients, partners (foreign and domestic) and competent authorities; Updating and reporting to clients on the situation of cases;

- Performing other duties assigned by the Lawyers.
