Since 2019 to present I worked as an Administrator cum Legal (admin) at Ebro Armaturen Corporation (which product & sale valves), my main duty is to take responsibility for the operation of Vietnam Rep Office of Ebro brand (Rep) which products & trades valves in Vietnam by the annual turnover scale up to millions (EUR). The position is directly reporting to Chief – Vietnam country manager. (Ref: 0938.177. 808 - mr. Vu Ngoc Loi).
- Legal: consult legal regulations & risks related to the annual rep office activities below, especially of establish new subsidy in Vietnam;
Extend & revise RO’s lcience;
- Contracting: negotiation, review & revise form, articles;
- Supporting: Quotation – Contracting - Delivery – Payment- Debt collection – Disputes solving, documenting;
- Operation tasks: Assets & budget management, weekly report (quotation, intake, invoiced) monthly report (expenditure, turnover).
Especially re-structuring Rep working system from traditional manual (Thailand) to digital (online) way in order to proper with, maintain the stable operating in Covid & lockdown circumstance during 03 years.
- HR: Payroll, recruiment – labour procedures;
- Promotion: Register & held annual exhibition in SECC (HCMC);
