• To be responsible for the enrollment and termination of the employees' insurance program.
• To settle monthly payment of social insurance, health insurance & unemployment insurance
• To implement procedures for all HR transactions (employment, job transfer, disciplinary acts, commendation, employment termination,etc.).

Từ 2014 đến 2016: Chuyên viên tại SUPER YOUTH LANGUAGE SCHOOL
• To participate in joint planning sessions with the foreign teachers.
• To prepare lessons outlines and plans in assigned areas and summits outlines to teachers for review.
• To complelet the teaching and assessment programmes at appropriate level as required in the schemes and by the policies of the school and report to and meet parents as requires.
• To participate in teacher parents conferences regardings students' progress or problem at the request of classroom teachers.
• To set appopriate projects and additional work for students to do outside normal school classes.

• To complete administration tasks as required in relation to these responsibilities.
• To teach Starters, Movers and Flyers Class.
• To contact with foreign teachers to arrange the schedule
