• I have excellent computer skill, remarkably familiar with some teamwork software and confidently presentation on drafting document.
• I have ability to handle surprises, remarkably upon fastidious guest in particular and maintain usual cheery persona in spite of dealing with people who are just plain grumpy in general. Especially with the knowledge of the product, I have full confidence in using positive language, taking effect on when and how the issue will be resolved instead of focusing on the negative.
• I am also good at persuasion skill, unflappability and staying cool under pressure.
• I understand some basic principles of behavioral psychology and go far in keeping interactions positive.
