Recruitment: Handle full-circle recruitment process:
 Work with the hiring manager on recruitment needs and plans.
 Sourcing candidates and execute the recruitment and selection process & ensure the
quality of people recruited in the area assigned.
 Approaching and hunting C-level candidates through social network and personal networks
 Update recruitment database and develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of
need
 Review, evaluate, and recommend sources of candidates.
 Manage and develop recruitment LinkedIn fanpage
 Review and conduct orientation, onboarding programs for new employees
HR Management
 Set up HR processes: Master Employee Data, Policy & Benefit, Labor Rules, HR Forms,
Time Attendance Process, Leave Application Process...
 Manage employee life cycle activities from recruitment, onboarding to offboarding.
 Partner with leaders/managers to build high performance.
 Develop and execute employee engagement plans.
Compensation and Benefits:
 Checking working day, over time and leave request of the employee.
 Payroll calculation and manage labor contract for the probation staff and full-time Head
office and Stores employee.
 Handle social, health insurance, other benefits, and resignation procedures for employees.
Office Management:
 Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and
equipment procurement (Stationery, Laptop, Timekeeper...)
 Manage budget and petty cash for office expenses.
 Organize events and activities for employees.
 Maintain stationery, files, documents.
 Contact and manage special projects such as office renovation, including vendors such as
Greenery services, Office cleaning service, Printing Service, Water...
 Any other duties as required and assigned by Head of HR and BOD.
Achievements:
 Recruit 30 positions in 4 months.
 The effective processes, policies, projects which contributed to resource management and development.

Duties:
Report to: Senior Recruitment Manager
Executive Search:
 Understand client needs and requirements of the job such as key needs, experiences,
qualifications, skills, personality…
 Use Job Boards, internal system and internal tools to look for potential candidates who satisfy
clients’ requirements
 Looking for from staff to the senior positions in abundant fields such as Retail, Hospitality,
Fintech, Banking, F&B, Education, Pharmaceutical, Technology, Manufacturing etc.
 Approaching and hunting C-level candidates through social network and personal networks
 Consult for candidates about the opportunities and support full process.
 Building long term relationships and trust with both new and existing candidates.
 Working as part of a team source and provide the best fit opportunities for candidates
 Preparing candidates for the client interview and helping Account Holder to manage the
process
 Speaking with connections (candidates, previous candidates, network…) and self-studying
to gain in-depth industry knowledge
 Developing the ability to work as part of a team to hit strict targets and deadlines.
Business Development:
 Approaching and building relationships with new clients, keep relationships with clients
assigned
 Developing a good understanding of what client companies do, their work culture,
requirement of job such as key needs, experiences, qualifications, skills, personality…
 Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts using a wide range of
media (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Website company…)
 Headhunting- identifying and approaching suitable candidates
 Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates
 Checking references and suitability of applicants before referral to employers for an interview
 Arranging interviews for the right candidates with the clients
 Preparing résumés and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
 Informing candidates about the results of their interviews and preparing letters of
appointment
 Supporting negotiate pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and
candidates
 Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression;
reviewing recruitment policies to ensure the effectiveness of selection techniques and
recruitment programs.
Team Management:

 Manage and lead 3 team members to fulfill search assignments and meet the assigned
target.
 Assign and monitor team workload to maximize capability and proficiency.
 Training team member all necessary skills in the recruitment process and business
development
