• First draft the basic contracts (such as Business Cooperation Contract, Real estate brokerage Agreement, Factory Lease Contract).
• Do legal research and draft legal opinions in the performance and termination of contract, business and investment operations.
• Check – analyst the compliance of Client with the regulations on investment process of a ship building project.
• Update legal documents to serve Client's ship building project.

• M&A deals: Research legal issues related to transfer all assets of a company (in which land use rights and factory are the main objective) and relevant procedures when foreign investors purchase shares in a company; liaise and work with the third parties such as bank, competent authorities, notary offices to deal with the legal issues of the deals; draft a part of DD report and other documents as required by the lawyer; joint the meeting between the parties to assist the lawyer, etc.
• Labor disputes (on behalf of both employee and employer in different cases): Legal research, prepare the necessary legal documents, joint the meeting among employee, employer and other competent authorities to assist the lawyer.
• Licensing dossiers: Legal research; contact to competent authorities (such as DPI, DOIT, DOLISA, SBV, etc.); draft the application dossiers in labor area (such as approvals of DOLISA, WP), corporate and investment (amendment to ERC, IRC of the enterprises in different cases such as additional capital contribution, conversion of form of enterprises, conversion of loan into the equity, change of location for implementing the investment projected, amendment to license of RO, etc.).
