- Organization of the entire system of official dispatches, papers, contracts and related documents.

Human Resources
- Coordinate the implementation of health and mental care problems for company employees (health examinations, teambuilding, travel, birthdays, funerals,…).
- Update staff list, organization diagram.
- Prepare and guide integration for new employees.
- Check the attendance of employees at the office and summarizing the attendance of the whole company.
- Support the recruitment process.
- Other jobs as assigned by the HR manager.
Purchasing and Office administration
- Search and assess the capacity of suppliers of goods and services.
- Coordinate with departments to purchase and supply equipment, tools, stationery,..
- Monitor and pay for office services: electricity, water, internet, stationery,…
- Manage cash to pay office expenses and make payment procedures with the Accounting Department at the end of the month.
- Allocate cars, manage car expenses, manage taxi cards.
Manage Assets
- Inventory of assets periodically.
- Asset management, maintenance of office machines, replacement, repair of damaged equipment, tools, etc..
- Work with Building Management on fire prevention, freight, office maintenance, elevator card and vehicle card for new employees.
Logistics
- Carry out foreign affairs such as placing flowers, gifts, ordering restaurants, airline tickets, hotel rooms, transportation, visa,.. for company employees and partners.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to organize events.
- Receive phone call and transfer to the relevant department. Receive, send, and transfer letters and goods to departments and partners.

- Check and manage the goods of the hotel in and out according to company’s regulations.
- Coordinate with Purchasing Department to supply the goods for the hotel.
