HR tasks:
- Handle recruitment process such as: posting advertisement, phone screening for short listing, arranging interview, etc.
- Manage employee profiles and update personal information data throughout the employee’s work. Make probation contract, manage and renew labor contract for all employees
- Update annual leave, sick leave and maternity leave for staff
- Prepare and submit social insurances reports: increase, decrease or salary adjustment…
- Exit procedure: arrange termination documents, calculate final payment for leavers, manage whole exit procedure process
- Register, medical claim and termination in private health insurance for expats
- Implement PIT registration and finalization for VN staff and expats
- Prepare and submit all legal documents to make and renew work permit, TRC for expats
- Manage house contract, transportation for expats
- Assist related staff benefits events like health check-up, monthly birthday parties, year-end party
- Prepare all related reports to Labor Department
- Assist manager to understand and implement policies and procedure by Laws
- Update monthly payroll data for new joiners, leaves, any cases with change of salary to provide to payroll outsource vendor
- Check attendance record, OT record to input data for payroll processing
- Manage monthly payroll process: work closely with payroll outsource vendor to ensure the accuracy and strict timeline
- Prepare for bank transfers
- Manage HR department: Admin, Drivers, Cleaner

Accounting tasks:
- Responsible for petty cash, accounting document.
- Keep track and make payment requests for admin related costs
- Input data on company system (ERP)
- Doing monthly cash payment and bank payment report to HQ office
- Sending monthly estimated budget for VN office
- Other tasks as assigned by manager.

Admin tasks:
- Making payment request all expense at office
- Recording expenses: electric, water, internet, gas, management fee at office and dormitory of expats
- Arranging car schedule and record expenses for cars: gas online, roadway ticket, parking fee, maintenance, etc.
- Booking hotel, flight ticket for managers and visitors.
- Solving problems involve passport, visa, sim card, etc. for expats.
- Ordering stationery, drink water, consumed goods for office.
- Contacting IT, internet, photocopy supplier when needed
- Purchasing office equipment.

- Making daily attention
- Following fingerprints machine
- Recruitment (finding CV, arranging interview appointment, prepare document.)
