a. Studying the legal issues in the case, the legal issues related to or affect the legal rights and interests of clients, including land, construction, real estate trading, criminal, civil, administrative issues… with the support of junior associates.
b. Drafting directly the petition, petition's appendix, lawyer's argument, client's statement, client's opinion, or documents sent to the competent state agencies.

d. Taking part in the trial as a lawyer protecting the client's legal rights and interests.
2. Lawyer advising the legal matters for the client in a wide range of fields
a. Advising on a determination of land valuation when an enterprise wishes to land lease at the industrial zone.
b. Advising on the legal rights and interests of the client arising out of shareholder agreement and the management and operation hospital service contract.
c. Advising on the fire protection issues of the investor of Commercial housing project
d. Advising on an appraisal of the price of land and enterprise under the law on the appraisal of price;
e. Advising on the legal rights and interests of the client arising from the lease contract when a force majeure event – Covid-19 pandemic occurred.
