2016 –2019: Work as Oversea Purchasing
- Common taks: Import component (battery, adaptor…) from Korea, China, Japan,
manage material and control inventory. Forecast demand of goods for suppliers
based on production plan.
Overseas purchasing:
+ Issue PO (Purchase Order) and request supplier to deliver the cargo on time to
meet for production plan.
+ Check document and confirm to make customs clearance for import shipment.
+ Check debit of supplier and make payment for suppliers every month.
+ Follow purchase order to assure enough material for production.
+ Evaluate suppliers every 6 months .

2019 – Present: Work as Customer Service
- Being main PIC: Care and handle Air, Border Truck and Domestics Cargoes of
Apple, Samsung , LG Display and vendor’s Samsung from Shanghai, Hongkong,
Korea, Japan at Jusda Branch located in Maple tree VSIP warehouse.
- Set-up process of operation with Customer, Forwarding companies & Customs
brokers.
- Resolve any problem related to all shipments.
Import Duty:
- Checking related documents as: PO, Invoice, Bill of lading… then send to Broker
to make Customs Declaration.
- Inspect the lead-time to finish CD of Customs brokers.
- Make delivery plan and request forwarder to catch up with the deadline of
production.
- Booking inland truck for delivering shipments to SDV, LGD.
- Make daily tracking shipment report to Apple and Samsung’s vendor.
Export Duty:
- Issue Invoice, Packing List for all export shipments to China, Japan, Korea as
Customers require.
- Then send all docs to Broker to make Customs Clearance and follow CC.
- Contact with Forwarder to get booking, arrange truck.
- Make sure shipments catch up the cut-off time in Noi Bai’s terminal.
