Recruitment:
• Handle recruitment process from the beginning to the end of all required positions like Lead Developer, Software Developers, Tester, Project Manager, DevOps, etc.
• Deal with headhunters for the best cost and co-ordinate with them to get done open vacancies
• Examine recruitment channels to apply for each job such as using headhunter, job post to Vietnamworks/ITviec/Linkedin, reference and also looking for new recruitment ways like telegram
• Always being in open mode for updating recruitment process to suggest team for a better hiring pipeline
• Work in a team on branding activities such as joining job fair events, media plan for recruitment activities, etc.
• Working as an account manager to provide proper candidates for clients
Training:
• Conduct onboarding and orientation for newcomers to make sure that they are addressed of company policies, benefits and are happy on the first working days at the company; handle employee’s offboarding
• Investigate the training needs of company employee in order to suggest plan to develop people at the organization
• Following the training program (Azure, MCSD, English, leadership) from the beginning to the end, evaluate the effectiveness and propose solution for current issues as well as for future classes

Social Insurance, Personal Health Insurance:
• Work with a team to handle Social insurance (SI) and personal health insurance (PHI)
- Register SI for newcomer and close SI book for the left one;
- Work with agencies to negotiate PHI contract to get the most benefit for company;
- Answer and advice employees on SI and PHI matters.
Admin:
• Work in a team to organize company activities such as Year End Party, badminton tournament, Christmas party, Women day, annual health check, etc.;
• Be responsible for following and registering visas, work permits, temporary residence cards, etc related to the business trip/work of expat staff
• Manage employee data in hard/soft files and follow up with the renewal of employee’s contracts
• Make sure the office facilities are always in good condition, the office is clean and the kitchen is filled with full snacks & beverages;
• Be responsible for managing the company’s stationeries, Friday lunch, tea break;
• Prepare company newsletter agenda;

Other:
• Resolve staff’s complaint and suggestion;
• Introduce employee with company policies and procedures;
• Create company policy for CEO’s consideration;
• Support employees with personal income tax number and dependent registrations;
• Keep good relationship with all employees for a smoothly work as well as can get much information from them to improve the company things;
• Work as a team to provide the best HR service to all employee;
• Follow employee contract expiration to make a renewal;
