* Policy Development
• Developing, revising, and recommending HR and operation
policies and procedures such as Time Attendance Policy,
Employee Benefit Policy, Payroll Policy, Discipline Policy & Procedure, Commission Policy;
• Coordinate to establish company policies, regulations, handbook and SOPs relating to business operations for the company
* Compensation and benefits
• Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to
establish competitive programs (includes salary band) and
ensure compliance with legal requirements;
• Build up payment plan; preparing payroll budgets; monitoring
and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending,
planning, and implementing pay structure revisions;
• Maintain employee benefits programs and informs employees
of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends;
recommending benefit programs to management; directing the
processing of benefit claims.
• Build up KPI for some of Departments
• Utilize Company strategies as the basis to prepare personnel
forecast and retention while following up budgets for personnel
operations;
• Provide guidance to management regarding effective
utilization of HR capability such as: fulltime employees, contract
labor, casual and temporary employees;
* Recruitment:
• Design the recruitment and selection process of company;
• Manage Organization Chart and Recruitment Plan. Maintain the
work structure by build-up and updating job requirements and
job descriptions for all positions.
• Manage recruitment plan to make sure filling vacancies as
assigned; ensuring the quality of candidates’ selection to meet
the company’s requirements;
• Conduct interview for recruit high level positions;
• Monitor building long-term relationships with past and
potential candidates;
• Manage plan for improving talent acquisition activities;
• Design and handle Company induction program for new hires;
• Monitor the implementation of recruitment and selection
process, co-ordinate with Dept. Managers or upperlevel
management in selection and hiring
* HR Compliance:
• Manage contact with Authorities to make sure company’s
handbook, SOPs, regulations and activities compliance with
Labor Code and relating documents;
• Audit human resources practices of HR team and department
team for compliance with Vietnamese Labor laws and
regulations; provide directions to the team to meet Company
standards;
• Manage team to make sure all services provide effectively:
✓ Compulsory Insurance
✓ PIT
✓ Other Labor compliance such as overtime working hour
✓ Safety, 5S.
* Training and development
• Design and manage conducting new hired employees’
orientation and induction program to foster positive attitudes
toward organizational objectives;
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
* Performance management
• Co-ordinate with Dept. Managers and BOD to build up
competency framework and implement Company performance
management system for management level and staff level;
• Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work
results by training managers to coach and discipline employees
and scheduling management conferences with employees;
* Employee relations & Culture
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing
demands, grievances or other issues;
• Review exit Interview analyzing report to review and take action
accordingly;
• Manage counseling and disciplining employees; planning,
monitoring, and appraising employee job results;
• Manage and make budget for Organize re-creational activities
such as team building, year-end party, company events;
• Report to management and provide decision support through
HR metrics.
