• Main contact for International Assignment process.
• Main role is Vietnam Country Policy Expert for both Global Policy and Local Policy related to Expat Compensation and Benefits.
- Fully responsible for Policy consulting and briefing to HRBP and Head of Department.
- Take care of Policy changing alignment related to Expat Management topic.
• Policy instructions/Immigration/ Compensation and Benefits briefing/ Tax & Payment regulations and process for Inbound:
- Full responsibility for Immigration topics (Visa, Work Permit, and Residence Card)/ Information trip/ House search/school search.
- Policy instructions/on-boarding session with Expats.
- Compensation and Benefits briefing/ Tax & Payment regulations briefing.
- Provide training course support to Expats and accompanies.
- Offer and Labor Contract signing.
- Take care of Gross up process for Salary/ Allowance calculation as well as Bonus calculation.
- Co-ordinate for ASR process and announcement.
- Provide detail instruction to Expat related to Salary/Allowance/Bonuses and payment method/regulation in Vietnam.
- Pay slip and payment concerns answering and issue solving together with HRS team.
- Timely inform of changing regulation/method of payment process
• Ensure proper process and provide executive service for OUTBOUND
- Fully responsible for outbound process with Receiving Country following CD.
- Provide Policy and Salary Briefing before contract signing.
- Responsible for Assignment contract signing process/ Benefit in kind’s arrangement such as Health Insurance and Shipment.
- Provide supportive and intrusions for verifying home country regulations when needed.
- Provide supportive and explanation on Tax finalization process in Home Country.
- Timely update of Policy changing.
• Timely/monthly HR Core updating for payroll process ESS/MSS supporting
- Monthly updating Payroll Data including Salary/Allowance/One-time payment/ Deduction/ Adjustment/ Housing/ Bonus for Inbound.
- Supportive providing as PA module for Expat.
- Problem solving supporting related to ESS/MS
• Cost saving/ Yearly Budget planning/ Yearly Accrual
- Minimize as much as possible any mistake that caused company cost by following Country Policy.
- Cost charge back between Sending and Receiving Country.
- Yearly/quarterly Budget planning related to Expat cost both personnel and expense.
- Pricing calculation providing to Project planning.
- Timely provide Yearly Accrual to Finance Depertment.
• Assistant to ASEAN Country Policy Expert for both Global Policy and Local Policy related to Expat Compensation and Benefits
- Co-operating and sharing Policy knowledge with ASEA team.
- Join as a part of ASEAN project related to Expat Topic.
- Tasks fulfilling according to C/HRR-AS requirements
