Main responsibilities:
+ In charge of multi - position
+ Take care all recruitment process for clients (corporations,..)
+ Be responsible for providing high quality service to clients and candidates;
+ Search for candidates from various channels, come up with new method of recruitment for difficult
positions
+ Screen and interview face to face candidates in accordance with company standards.
+ Follow applicants till the end of recruitment process (even after probation time).
+ Work closely with candidates: record assessment after interview and reference check.
+ Organize interviews for candidate as requested by the client.
+ Ensure the recruitment speed and results of the assigned vacancies are efficient with regards to turn around
time and candidate’s quality.
+ Implement the recruitment plan and make sure all the vacancies are filled on time with high quality
+ Consult for candidates on salary range, career path development and relevant regulation
+ Consult for client about contract terms, add value for client after candidates pass probationary,...
+ Consult and support client about Labor Law, Insurances....
+ Work with client companies, find out about their business, their culture, their current and future recruitment
needs, and Consult for client about the fact between candidates status and job requirement, the reason and
solution for each cases.

Main responsibilities:
- Recruitment:
+ In charge of multi - position (under senior manager position)
+ Searching for and interviewing to qualify candidates (via skype or hand phone)
+ Research about client's company and job description with different industry to solve problem between
candidates and company's client
+ Using Linkedin, Career Builder, Vietnamwork, Skype,.. to create and contribute my network to company's
database system (CRM)
+ Consult for candidates on salary scale, career path development and relevant regulation, working closely with
candidates
+ Consult for company's client about the fact between candidates status and job requirement, the reason and
solution for each cases.

- Improve office skills
- Post the recruitment information via different channels.
- Search for suitable CVs for Recruitment Consultant
- Call for candidates and plan interviews with Recruitment Consultant
