- Looking for new Client, Approach potential client.
- Arrange to visit client, support Client for testing, give advices about testing sample.
- Negotiate for the price, and prepare the contact.

- Strengthen relationship with clients, receive their feedbacks and have proper actions, coordinate with Solfline Lab Manager to settle client’s complaint, visit Lab, and claims
- Define potential clients and approach them via phone, emails, etc.
- Received an average 95% customer satisfaction rating, 15% higher than company average
- Set up the meeting and training for Client if any.

- Receive orders from Global Client
- Check Application form/Testing request: client information, sample information, parameters requested, kind of service
- Prepare Sample delivery form and deliver sample to
lab or subcontractor

 Make the contract
- Receive and solve the complaint from the client
- Follow payment, check overdue debt and push client via email, phone
- Training for new employees
- Participate in business meeting to plan and develop
services.
