For my background, I have worked at Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC);
and NHQuang & Associates as a legal intern. Recently, I have worked in a law firm
which is NHQuang & Associates.Although my working time here is not too long (about
6 months), I have learned the skill of consulting on legal issues for businesses. I have
experience on drafting and preparing documents like: registration of business
establishment; registration of investment certificates; amending licenses, etc
Additionally, I research, prepare and draft contract; services contract; charter of
company; legal opinions and other documents as assigned. Besides, my main
responsibilities in NHQuang is researching legal; policy issues, and translating
documents. I really appreciate my state at NHQuang & Associates law firm, because it
gave me the foundation for understanding more about the legal criteria. As my
knowledge, NHQuang & Associates is a professional law firm with a competitive and
high-pressure environment that gave me an opportunity to train and develop my ability
to adapt to hectic work schedules.
