- Ensuring that all phases of projects complying with the laws, company regulation and procedures
- Supervising operation of the sites for the early stage
- Analyzing performances of all existing projects to suggest adjusting operation plan
 Project planning and budget estimated
- Estimating budget and discussing with operation team, sale team, finance team and maintenance team to ensure the targets and projects profit
- Negotiating all the fees with the landlords
- Making feasibility study of projects including investment cost estimated, operation cost and sale
3. Leasing
- Cooperating with other partnership tenants and landlord to ensure the occupancy rate of leasing area can be reached the maximum
- Finding clients to fill up vacant areas in cinema area
- Revising leasing areas concepts to make sure they are consistent with current design
- Co-working with other teams (marketing team and project team) about operation plan for the subleasing areas
4. Legal tasks
- Checking legal status and other project documents before deciding to enter into projects and during the period of negotiating the projects
- Composing and revising OTL, MOU, lease contracts and other legal documents in respect of the projects in order to avoid any risks may be arisen and gain as many advantages as possible
