- Review legal documents on securities as well as Maybank Group’s policies, and educate entire departments of MBKE for the purpose of ensuring daily activities of MBKE in compliance with legal requirements and group policies;
- Punctually prepare report and response to Vietnamese regulators (State Securities Commission, State Bank of Vietnam, HOSE and HNX);
- Implement the AML/CFT, which includes KYC/CDD process, in line with regulatory requirements;

- Prepare MBKE’s mandatory periodical reports and response to Regional/ Management Board on compliance matters in line with Vietnamese legal requirement;
- Review and update changes in securities legislation in term of compliance matters to relevant departments of MBKE; and
- Provide support in the aspect of compliance during any course of implementing new products of MBKE.
