Follow-up with various BUs/divisions/functions to get alignment on recruitment process, ensure all processes (induction, onboarding, payment request…) are systematically and properly proceeded.
Other on-site duties as required.

*Recruitment:
Recruit Intern for 2 entities: Commercial Office cum Factory.
Involve and ensure Intern, new hires are adapted, taken in respective function, policies and regulations.
Manage and record recruitment documents, contracts, database of Intern.
Assist to partner closely with various BUs/divisions/functions and assist Line Manager to get alignment on hiring criteria/procedures.
Execute talent recruitment process: Posting jobs, sourcing, screening, phone interview and arranging interview.
Assist Reward Lead in WESOP Project.
*Project cum Employer Branding Assistant:
Support to organize University Tour, employer branding events.
Work with Agency and Marcom team to align, finalize ideas, design and write content for campaigns.
Manage and follow up with various internal and external parties/vendors to ensure all process (payment, financial budget, attached receipts) are systematically and properly proceeded.
