- Researching potential vendors
- Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
- Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to
order materials, goods and supplies.

- Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis.

- Follow through on office maintenance agreements and contractsLiaise and manage service providers (vendors) concerning office
administration issues
- Book travel arrangements for employees
- Support and co-ordinate with other employee and departments to
organize key company events
- Work closely with the tea lady to ensure day to day office admin
duties run smoothly
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine
inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and
expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
