Senior Human Resources Executive
I was the person incharge of Human Resources and Office Management.
Lead the staff at AD&HR, IT Solutions and Legal Department on their duties;
Mentored 3 juniors and 2 fresh staffs.
1/ Talent Acquisition
- Make the plan for recruitment procedure in long term and short term;
- Coordinate with Branch Director, Manager and Head Office (in HCMC) in sourcing and processing recruitment until new comer onboarding;
- Coordinate with customer and work as Headhunter Consultant when they have a recruitment requirement. (For ex: recruit for other company in Japan);
- Updating recruitment trend, channels, techniques to propose an improvement for the recruiting process.
2/ Training & Development
- Organize the on boarding/ induction/ orientation procedure for new employees;
- Advised departments on HR issues during operation;
- Implement/support a training program to organize events to build the company culture and connecting people in branch & HO to ensure everything is well-prepared.
3/ HR Compliance
- Co-work with Head Office for monthly payroll & prepare all reports (newcomer, resignation, movement cases) on time;
- Follow-up and claim the benefit at Social Insurance Dept.;
- Prepare new labor contracts, renew ones and follow-up the relevant decisions;
- Manage the holiday vacation & annual health check.
4/ Office Management
- Monitor working condition (drinking, stationeries,…) and the budget of the office;
- Process all documents for Resident Card, Work Permit, Driver's License in Vietnam for foreigner employees;
- Directly worked with Admin Dept. of HQ in Japan about office expense.
