- Book shipments for products sent from the company to the order destination, both domestically and internationally.
- Track the delivery status of each order using online tracking systems or by contacting the shipping provider directly. Ensure that orders are delivered to the correct recipient and in the correct quantity.
- Verify sender and recipient information for products received from other companies. Track the receipt of goods, inspect quality and quantity based on company requirements, then notifying and redistributing products to relevant departments.
- Consolidate all shipping costs, including any incidental expenses to prepare expense reports and submit them to the accounting department the making shipping payments according to the plan.
- Maintain good relationships with shipping partners such as DHL, UPS, Viettel Post, FedEx, World, Barom, Mai Linh, Vinasun.
- Summarize invoices at the end of each month or week based on the requirements of the company's order processing department.
