HR –C&B resposibilities:
- Welcome new staff, training for new staff about Company policies.
- Updated & received all of human resources requirement of each
department, make a plan to recruit
- Searching CVs and make interview schedule, classify & evaluate
candidates.
- Monthly prepare social & health insurance claim administration;
- Labor contracts for all staffs;
- Set up and maintain Employee database, personnel files, annual leaves & sick
leaves record, social and health insurance, and all filling system in order to
retrieve employee information for reports and verify employee information;
- Make payroll for every month.
Ensure all HR forms/ checklist related to C&B are in place and implement
accordingly;
- Follow up and update HR team any changes in labor regulations related to PIT,
insurances… timely;
- Formulate, recommend compensation and benefits programs and packages to
attract, retain and motivate employees and ensure the salary structure & benefits
are in line with the company’s strategy;
- Developing competitive benefit packages: reviewing current policies in line with
market practices and ensuring all packages & benefits are legal, play a role as a
policy keeper;
- To liaise and deal effectively with Social insurance authorities to solve issues
related to employees.
- Monitor expiry of probationary staff, contracts;
- Ensure all staff queries related to HR policies and procedures are response timely
and correctly;
- Maintaining & developing personnel record system;
- Implement interests of both employees and the company in accordance with the
employee handbook and labor laws and regulations, establish and maintain a
positive employer-employee relationship;
- To prepare reports that helps Human Resource Director have an overview about
Employee Relation and suggest solutions to resolve related problems if any;
- Make the labor increase’s report or labor decrease’s report, close book, register
new staff to Social Insurance Office.
- Ensure staff database are filed/recorded timely and correctly;
- All employee performance appraisals are recorded.
Administrative responsibilities:
- Make a document to apply the Immigration letter for foreigners.
- Procedures for applying for work permit, temporary residence card for foreigners.
- Check & follow up all of contract such as: Office lease, warehouse, recruitment,
services…
- Making a process of payment for services.
Trade union representative:
- Visiting & congratulating to Union members when they get married, sick….
- Report to Trade Union as monthly, quarterly, yearly.
- Organize meetings between company representatives and union

- Provide support to other teams in relation to administrative requirements and
routines
- Support expats with admin-related requirements such as working permit, visa
- Support the Admin Department with all relevant reports
- Assist sourcing potential venues for external meetings, including dinner options as
well as launching in-house employee events.
- Handle guests professionally
- Keep the reception area neat and tidy.
