1. Compensation & Benefit:
- Monitor internal staffs’ time and attendance such as tracking and improving employees’ attendance, producing monthly timesheets, monitoring leaves the program.
- Prepare monthly payroll and conduct Social Insurance procedures, PIT Finalization.
- Analyze the compensation data against the compensation policies and reports non-compliant cases and behavior;
- Responsible for all paperwork relating to hiring, staff movement, termination such as Offer letter, Labor contract, Transfer/Promotion forms/letter, exit form, termination notice/decision, etc.
- Keep relevant internal systems/reports updated timely and correctly.
- Generate memo/guideline/updates for all changes/updates relevant to C&B to the internal staffs in a timely manner.

2. Recruitment:
- Coordinate with respective Line Managers for their proposal of headcount request.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Prepare and post jobs, source and attract candidates by using the database, social media, etc..
- Screen candidate resume, conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Conduct employment offer, following the internal assigned process.
- Act as a coordinator for New Hire Onboarding program, following internal process and checklist;
- Maintain and develop the candidate database.
3. HRBP:
- Consult for line managers/HRM on HR related issues including Labor Law, remuneration, recruitment need, retention, career development, etc.
- Manage goal setting and performance appraisal process;
- Collect training needs from the line managers and arrange for training programs.
- Organizing engagement activities as planned.
- Act as a contact point for both employees and line managers for HR related matters and coordinate for resolution.

1. Recruitment:
- Handle all processes of recruitment for all levels of salesforce (Beauty Advisor): job posting, screening, conduct interview, reference check, and offer letter.
- Provide support to recruitment processes for junior and senior levels of office employees: job posting, searching, and developing the employee network.
- Conduct new BA (Beauty Advisor) induction, guide new-BA how to complete procedures before joining, and collect personal legal documents from them.
- Find the best solutions/recruitment channel for successful candidates to ensure the hiring process and keep full records on each and every item arising around the year; try to minimize expenditures.
- Keep records and storing employees' information in SAP system and hard-copy.
- Update changes in Labor Law regarding employments to ensure compliance and provide/inform related departments on new regulations.
- Prepare reports of employment registrations to local authorities.
2. Compensation & Benefit:
- Manage SHUI on new-hire, salary adjustment, position change, and termination; and claim benefits properly.
- Manage healthcare program (contract dealing, new-hire, termination, and issues regarding claims).
- Manage new BA under probation and request evaluation from the Retail team timely.
- Manage/Prepare all BA labor contracts including probation, renewal, and termination.
- Register PIT code and PIT relief documents and keep full records as regulations.
- Prepare and supervise office employee’s attendance reports, annual leave reports, compensation leave, and leaves under regulations.
- Manage the employment book as regulations.
3. General Administration
- Manage visa application due to business trips to countries that require the visa entry; book hotels and tickets for employees and company guests.
- Supervise office construction and payment, keep full records to control and minimize office expense.
- Work closely with vendors, manufactures … to ensure the production is accurate and on schedule.
- Organize employee engagement activities such as company-wide activities as monthly birthday, team building/outing, special occasions…

1. Compensation and Benefit:
- In charge of the full cycle of monthly payroll and relevant reports such as Payroll summary, cost allocation, EPL, Labor Productivity of the restaurant system.
- Maintain a full-filled system of staff personnel files and other relevant documents
- Prepare relevant HR-related documents (offer letters, labor contracts, contract liquidation, etc.)
- Check and control PIT declaration and finalization
- Monitor related monthly/yearly works of SI, HI, UI, and medical check-up (AON care, yearly health check for staff)
- Coordinate for performance appraisal, staff reward, discipline, and other HR-related matters
- Build up and revise policies of the company (Collective Agreement, Company Regulation, Department Handbook, etc.)
- Play a role as the key contact person and deal with the HR software supplier to ensure the system operates be accurate; coordinate with the IT department to build up a new HR system based on prevailing modules and develop new functions adapting company requests.
- Manage all processes of Material insurance for the Restaurant system, work closely with Insurer to ensure Company assets be eligible and safe.
2. General administration:
- Handle all process related to License application for company according to prevailing Law.
- Manage Office cost: petty cash, taxi, gas, business trip, airplane ticket, etc. to be saving and effective.
- Coordinate with Admin Section in organizing staff activities/ functions (birthday party, social activities, etc.)
3. Perform other tasks or initiative as directed by HR Director
