Job description
Channel Program Specialist:
- Build, maintain relationship with customers, Distributors, Partners, and other agency vendors, suppliers
- Support Sales Team
- Issue CQ/Support Letters/Correspondences as per request by Sales Team/local Partners
Office Manager:
- Management office Ho Chi Minh and maintenance office
Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained. Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Handle Customs procedures/logistics for import/export shipments of country. Controlling the cost of Export-Import. Ensuring all shipment smoothly
- Organization Team activities at HCMC Office & Country Event
The annual Year-End-Party, Team Building, Xmas, happy hours, International Children’s day, MidAutumn Festival, and more ..
Scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings
Planning Build and renew all activity
Develop and prepare reporting of quantitative and qualitative metrics to measure success of internal corporate communication programs and events (such as employee surveys, testimonials, budgets, plans and timelines) to suggest for efficiency improvement.
- Admin & HR
Providing excellent services in administrative tasks to help the company's back-office activities run smoothly
Setting up and controlling the cost based efficiency
Managing the company official dispatch and company’s stamp
Support for HR to Set up all activities for employees Vietnam, recruitment, onboarding new hire….
Play as a coordinator for local employees on HR/Finance related-matters
Contact and arrange for health check annual of employees
Book travel arrangements, organize travel arrangements, prepare / support necessary travel documents and Visa
- Lead & supervise administrative team to do daily operation tasks
- Assistant for Operation Manager
