Main responsibilities:
- Giving the advice to help customer arrange their trip to Vietnam
- Introduce, consult tours, and answer customers' queries via phone and email to help clients with their booking online. Make sure that the services run 24 hours a day.
- Receiving and solving problems and complaints from clients.
Make some deals for reducing bad reviews on Tripadvisor, Agoda, Booking.com. Working as a Customer Care Services.
- Contacting to partners in order to run some co-operating tours. Help the company not missing any services

-Process changes and advises the relevant department thereof for appropriate actions.
- Co-ordinate with all regional offices including Hue, Hanoi,
Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar and Indonesia to complete bookings.
- Provide Sales with written confirmation and correct/ adequate
information.
- Cross-check the invoice from suppliers before passing on to
Accounts.
- Support Sales and Operations in handling complaints from clients.
- Support Sales Manager to update the information into the access for conversion ratio report and additional administrative tasks
assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Support Sales Manager to run a report for relevant the conversion ratio weekly, monthly, and yearly as well.
- Check and read the new requests daily to assign to Sales
Consultant and record on the daily task Recognition and Gains:
- Be assessed positively by the general manager: active, extremely adaptable,..
- Improve English Communication Skills.
