➢ MARKETING (27 months):
• In charge marketing execution of 3 product lines.
• Manage A&P.
• Lead communication materials development to support for new product
launch - US imported products & do brief sales.
• In charge of partnership & sponsorship programs to enhance brand
awareness & acquire new users.
• Lead 360 communication campaign from planning to implementation at tactical channel to enhance brand awareness, visibility & support sales.
• Lead a project from planning to execution to develop 02 tablet applications
to support for sales force in generating off-take, acquisition & management.
• Coordinate with internal Digital team & Regulatory team to ensure all
communication activities happen on digital follow brand guidelines,
regulatory & to obtain no.1 position in SOV as well as strengthen brand equity & brand love.
➢ MEDICAL SALES (3 months): Work as a Medical Representative focus on OB department.
• Detail nutrition information to HCPs as a daily basis.
• Host monthly Round table meetings (RTM) with HCPs.
• Manage sampling program in hospital
ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER – ENFA BRAND

• Lead business team in a re-positioning project to drive incremental growth of
total company (YTD’20 volume growth 366% vs PP).
• Manage 3 product lines from strategy to execution (contributes 34.8% to growth of total Enfa in Mom & Baby Stores - an emerging channel,
contributes 33% to total company NR).
• Lead new product development & imported portfolio expansion projects from planning with regional & global team, integrate with cross-functional teams for volume forecast, P&L, pricing to commercial launching plan.
• Manage A&P, closely work with Finance team to keep track spending & budgeting as well as Supply Chain team for the product sample forecast.
• Develop communication materials support for sales force to drive sales.
• Coordinate with agency, regional team & internal functions for label
refreshment & label localization.
• Lead e-Prenatal class series on E-commerce platform from planning to execution (2019).
