Conduct elaborate and comprehensive legal research;
Translate English documents to Vietnamese and vice versa;
Engage in property and financing deal process, assisting with client issues such as temporary accommodation registration, preparing required documents, etc.;
Collaborate with colleagues to accomplish other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Licensing
Conduct the procedures for registration of changes or establishment of enterprises;
Liaise with various government agencies including investment, labor, as well as people's committees at different levels.
