Recruit full & part-time candidates in SUV’s whole centers (HCM, DN,
and HN). Design and direct SUV’s hiring initiatives as well as be
responsible for improving efficiency of hiring process, managing
applications, and serving as a valuable brand ambassador.
Represent the HR team to work with other departments regarding
recruitment requests, and need assessments as well as advise them
about interview techniques and tests. Design Job Descriptions and
interview questions that reflect each position.
Recruitment levels: from junior to managerial positions.
Hired positions: Admission team (Education Consultant, Direct Sales,
Telesales), Academic ( full-time & part-time Vietnamese & native
teachers, Teaching Assistant) and Operation team (HR&Admin,
Marketing, Accounting, Business Partner team).
Carry out reference check, salary negotiation for selected candidates

assessments, and in-person interviews process for the whole Head
office (HCM) and branches (HN and DN).
Collaborate with department managers to assess and determine what
knowledge, skills, character, and competencies abilities needed for
each job opening position. Sourcing to develop and maintain a strong
pipeline of suitable candidates
Attract suitable candidates through the database, internal referral,
networks, social media platforms, and online recruitment websites.
Propose salary for selecting candidates with a competitive package
range compared with external and internal benchmark.

for 7 Sales fields, Technical (Site Fixer, Site Supervisor, Technical
services, Application Specialist), Operations teams (HR, Accounting,
Logistic, Marketing, IT, Project team).
