• Carry out the entire recruitment process, from job posting, candidate sourcing & screening via Job Board and social network (LinkedIn, Facebook), screening calls to attracting candidates, following up and filling vacancies as assigned; ensuring the quality of candidates’ selection to meet the client company’s requirements in a timely manner.
• Managing some project tasks such as: doing career market research & consulting for clients/jobseekers, maintaining a pipeline of database of candidates.
• Support Internal Recruitment.
• Clients: Techcombank, SCB, Manulife, MT Telecom, NPBFX, MooMoo, Abodos, BIS Vietnam, Hiip Asia, Creatory, etc.
• Industry: Finance - Banking, Professional Service, etc.

o Successful delivery service for many clients;
o Experience with Recruitment websites;
o Knowledge in HR field and experience of working in a fast-paced environment;
o Promoted from trainee to senior level within 1 year.
