- Provide translation support, take the memos in meetings.
- Create, maintain and update the record management systems of both hard & soft copies of projects’ documentation.
- Coordinate with tender team to prepare and collect tender documents as Owner’s and Law’s requirements
- Internal audit of all project be executing.
- Review & control contract with client and sub-contractors.
- Be responsible for monthly payment, final settlement procedure.

- Control quantity & interim payment of sub-contractor and consultancy.
- Review and cooperation with co-worker in the considering of change order .
- Make weekly report and monthly report, in order to follow-up sub-contractors status, in order to specify they can meet schedule and quality as well.
- Budget and cost Control
- Review and control contract.
- Follow up payment status of sub-contractors, combine and report to manager about payment status of sub-cons.
